About Pembrokeshire Cook

Thank you for visiting the fledgling website of Pembrokeshire Cook!

I love being in the kitchen, cooking up a storm, or more often quickly rustling up a meal for my hungry family. Experimenting and learning how to cook something new is my work and pleasure and I relish the time to play around with new ingredients and techniques.

This Pembrokeshire Cook website is a work in progress so apologies there’s not much here, yet… I’m working on it! Soon you will find more recipes and ruminations from me about cooking and eating locally as well as up-coming cookery workshops in and around Pembrokeshire. If you’re interested in a private or group cookery workshop do get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Aside from Pembrokeshire Cook I am the Project Development Officer at Transition Bro Gwaun and can sometimes be found working in the kitchen at Transition Cafe in Fishguard. If you’d like to learn more about Transition Bro Gwaun or are interested in volunteering at Transition Cafe please email me: projectstbg@gmail.com
